 It was incredibly easy to book with Norfolk Hideaways- the website is very nicely laid out and full of information- the staff are very friendly and happy to help with any questions.

 The website was really easy to use for searching and online booking and Norfolk Hideaways kept us fully informed so that we had everything we needed to know.  Thank you for a wonderful holiday.  My mum thought it was one of the best Christmases she has had!!

 I  have been really impressed with Norfolk Hideaways and have been recommending it to all of my friends and family. A well organised website. Photos of the properties are great - you can never have too many - although I'm always a bit suspicious of a property that has more pictures of the ornaments and none of the outside of th eproperty - think that is an important one to include. Booking was easy and straight forward - I was kept up to date and sent details of keys etc in advance.

We had a wonderful time at Honeystone - fantastic property, with the added bonus of brilliant local food, pubs & facilities. We hired a beach hut, which we have never done before and it was fantastic! Huge thanks to Norfolk Hideaways on coming out to us on a sunny Sunday morning when we realised we had locked the key in the beach hut! We can't wait to visit again!

This was a very easy website to use and emails were quickly returned so that information could be given quickly regarding the property as well as the reminders to pay balances etc.
I found the staff to be very helpful on email, so much so that I did not need to telephone at any point as I was very well aware of what to expect.  Directions to the property were clear and precise and we went fully armed with contact numbers should the need arise; but these were never used.
All in all this was a very good experience of renting a holiday property.

The experience of using Norfolk Hideaways has been great.  The website is easy to use and gave us everything we needed to book our holiday.  Communication was superb – every time we thought we were due to make a payment etc. an email would arrive the next time we looked!  Key and direction instructions were great and the return of the deposit was prompt.  I would have no hesitation in using Norfolk Hideaways again and of recommending it to friends.

The website was very easy to use, I liked the fact you could look at all the properties in a specific village which most websites don't allow.  The level of detail for each property was very good, with plenty of photos for all of them.
I found your level of contact (ie direct emails) very re-assuring and I liked this personal touch.  I would definitely look at booking through you again.   All in all a very positive, stress free experience.  Thanks!

The staff of Norfolk Hideaways are very helpful and assist in every area of your booking and if needed also when you are on holiday if required. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone requiring a holiday cottage in Norfolk.

When I telephoned the office, they were really helpful in finding us this holiday home.  They advised us that this would be the best available property to suit us, which it certainly did.  They went the extra mile for us in contacting the owner to ask her to accept an extra dog and a different changeover day

I found the property on the Norfolk Hideaways website, which is lovely, and my questions and my booking were dealt with kindly and quickly.  Shortly beforehand I received complete directions as to how to reach the property by car, and when I arrived it was exactly as shown on the website, very well equipped and extremely comfortable.  We had a wonderful week there, and the sun shone for almost the entire week. I will certainly use Norfolk Hideaways again.

We found Norfolk Hideaways on the web.  When we needed to call, we found everyone very friendly, fresh and helpful.  The website reflected that care; it's fresh, inviting, easy to find the information and with a good array of useful photos.  The booking process was straightforward.  We booked late and were delighted by the helpful support provided by the Norfolk Hideaways staff with a number of options that we were considering - with some simple questions and prompts from them it helped us find the right property for our needs.  The preparation and information for arrival was simple, with easy to follow directions.  We really appreciated the after-stay email to confirm all was well - care from start to finish.  Here's looking to our Norfolk break next year.
