“This was a lovely, modern holiday home which was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that you could wish for. Its proximity to the beach was ideal, so much so that we could have an evening walk every night that we were there, often in complete solitude. The level nature of the property meant that it was also ideal for my parents who worry about having to climb up and down stairs. Levante is also in an ideal spot, quiet enough for relaxing days and nights; but close enough to several eating places, thus we could walk without requiring the car, so no need to worry about having just one drink! I would definitely recommend this property and would hope to return again myself one day.”

“Super house in a great location to explore the many coastal areas of North Norfolk. We will return.”

“We had a fantastic family break at Levante, the little extras at the house made it even more perfect, really easy to drive to and great place to explore the surrounding coast from or just relax in the sun on the decking outside the bi-folds, with a friendly local duck to keep you company!”

“ What a wonderful house very nice and cosy equipped with everything you need, the town and village just on your door step. We spent a wonderful Christmas there and we had the added bonus of snow. Would most likely visit again this year in the summer. Would have been helpful to have a land line number in the house, even if it was just for incoming calls, as signal on mobile phones in the house is not very good. But a great Holiday House!!!!! ”

“We wanted a modern property in Norfolk, near the coast and suitable for our daughter (who\\\'s 15 months old). Levante proved ideal on all fronts. It is stylishly designed and decorated with all the mod cons you need (except wireless internet or digital TV - a Freeview box could have been handy, as reception for Five is poor). With no stairs to negotiate, the property is great for a toddler like ours - and the outside is completely fenced in (with a lot of decking) so that is very safe too. Levante is just a few minutes\\\' walk from the lovely long beach at Old Hunstanton - you go across a golf course and past the brightly-coloured beach huts to get there. We enjoyed the local area and also went further afield to places like Burnham Market, Holkham and Holt - each one with its own character and no more than 45-minutes away by car at most. We\\\'d recommend Levante to our friends and family, and also hope to return ourselves. ”

Local Area

Old Hunstanton is a rarity along the North Norfolk coast in that you can get very close to the beach without walking a long way over the salt marshes!  Miles of sand, gentle sand dunes and beach huts make this a perfect family seaside holiday destination.  For the more active Old Hunstanton has become a mecca for Kite Surfing. Hunstanton Golf Course, a challenging links course is voted amongst the top 100 courses in Britain. There are great places to eat, all within walking distance of our holiday cottages, including The Neptune a Michelin Star restaurant, The Lodge Hotel and a lovely traditional beach cafe serving a good fry up!  The lifeboat station is a good place to visit and maybe see in action. The hovercraft being launched is a sight wellworth seeing!
