Fulmar is a modern semi detached 3 storey property situated in an exclusive modern development in a super location just a 5 minute walk from the quay, perfect for a relaxing holiday in this popular coastal town.

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town and is home to expansive sandy beaches, protected by vast pinewood forest, decorated with the biggest & best blue sky on a kindly sunny day. Stroll to the beach at Wells & along to the highly commended Holkham Beach (awarded Best Beach in Britain) and discover the famous beach huts parading themselves in such a fabulous location!

Kitchen / Dining Room: Modern open plan living space with quality fitted kitchen. Built in appliances including; Washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven , hob & freezer. Free standing Smeg fridge. Dining table & seating.

Sun/Garden Room: With chairs & coffee table & French doors onto the enclosed courtyard garden.

Cloakroom: WC & wash hand basin.

First Floor:

Sitting Room: Comfortable sitting room with flat screen TV with Freeview/DVD Player. New corner sofa seating five, one chair and coffee table.

Master Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables & lamps.

Shower Room: Shower cubicle, WC & wash hand basin.

Second Floor:

Double Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table & lamp, wardrobe & corner desk unit. Views to the rear of the property.

Single Bedroom: Comfortable room with single bed, chest of drawers, dressig table and spare fold away bed (suitable for a child).

Family Bathroom: Modern family bathroom with bath + electric shower, WC & wash hand basin.

Bed linen is provided but no towels.

Bath Sheets can be provided at £5 per person.

Gas Central Heating

No travel cot or high chair is provided at the property.

Outside: There is off-road parking for 1 car inside the gate at the rear of the property and a further space behind the gate. The rear courtyard garden is fully enclosed and has a bench, chimnea, table + chairs & BBQ for guest use.

Local Area

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. A visit to Wells wouldn\'t be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Bicycle hire is available on the quayside. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.
