Sitting Room: Lovely room with log burning stove, comfy leather sofas and chairs. Flat screen TV with HD Freesat, DVD player with MP3 connection, stereo , DVD's, books and games, toddler toys and books Oak effect flooring.

Family Bathroom: Recently refurbished bathroom with bath & high powered electric shower over, wash basin & WC.

Outside: There is a pretty rear courtyard garden with table, chairs & BBQ. Additionally there is also a fenced childrens play area with trampoline, swing, slide & safety bark flooring.

“Whilst all outside was covered in snow and bitterly cold, we were warm & cosy in your wonderful little cottage. We had some lovely sunny weather which made long walks accross the marshes & beaches a pleasure. The cockeral nearby served as an alarm clock at around 8am - all in all Perfect! Thank You! ps. If you are a foodie, The Neptune at Old Hunstanton is a must.”

For anyone in need of retail therapy after a long day on the beach, Burnham Market is the place.Burnham Market Sign  Chic, bustling and stylish there is something for everyone.  Home to the the famous Hoste Arms Hotel where you can celebrity spot, and numerous independant shops selling everything from designer clothes to local sausages!  Pentney House is one of the largest hat shops in the country and is worth a look. There are several art galleries and a wonderful second hand bookshop where you can lose yourself for hours.  The village is situated just a couple of miles from the North Norfolk coast
