“This is a wonderful cottage in a lovely and peaceful location. The cottage is very well presented and is equipped with everything you need. A very nice touch was the welcome bread, butter, milk and jam. The cottage allows good access to all other local villages and the nearest beach was only a 20 or so minute walk away. The cottage is also dog friendly and the enclosed garden was very handy. Would highly recommend.”

Garden Cottage is an idyllic traditional brick & flint cottage tucked away in a wonderful location off a quiet no-through country lane in Ringstead Village. The village itself is charming; one of the few remaining with a great local shop and outstanding 17th Century pub. The Gin Trap. Ringstead also boasts a children’s playground and access to some fabulous walks; Peddars Way, Courtyard Farm, Ringstead Downs and more. Situated less then 2 miles from the stunning beaches of Old Hunstanton, Thornham and Holme with Titchwell nature reserve close by too.
Garden Cottage has benefitted from a newly renovated shower room, now incorporating a stand alone shower cubicle and bathroom flooring. The property has also been re-carpeted throughout, giving it a lovely fresh feel for 2011.
Accommodation
Ground Floor:
Sitting / Dining Area: Spacious area with stone tiled floor. The dining area has a table and four chairs with French doors opening onto the garden. The sitting area has a large sofa, two armchairs, music system, TV and DVD player.
Kitchen: Well equipped fitted kitchen with double electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Bedroom Room 2: Twin Beds, bedside table, lamp and wardrobe.
Stairs to the first floor (these are not steep and there is a banister)
First Floor:
Master Bedroom: Large room with a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath with shower mixer taps, newly fitted shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
The property is fitted throughout with new electric radiators.
Bed Linen and towels are provided.
A travel cot & high chair can be made available at the cottage on request.
Outside:
The cottage has its own enclosed, attractive garden set in a lovely peaceful location. Garden furniture and plenty of off-road parking.

Ringstead is a very popular village, it boasts the acclaimed Gin Trap Inn and the lovely village shop which supplies organic produce and has an interesting selection of wines to choose from. There is also a children’s playground with small bike ramp for little ones and access to some fabulous walks; Peddars Way, Courtyard Farm, Ringstead Downs and more.
