Field Cottage is a comfortable and immaculately presented cottage, quietly situated in the bustling village of Burnham Market.  Hop over the garden wall and you are on the village playing field,  great for cricket!  A twin bedroom on the ground floor along with a bathroom makes this perfect for the less able guest. 

Ground floor:

Entrance hall : Wood effect flooring.

Sitting Room:  Pretty comfortable room with French doors to the garden and views over the playing fields. TV  with DVD player. Open fire.  Two sofas and a chair.  Separate dining area with seating for 6. Good selection of books and games.

Kitchen:  Well equipped, with microwave, electric cooker and dishwasher. Door to utility room, great for coming off the beach with tiled flooring.  Washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer.

Bedroom 1:  Twin room with fitted wardrobes, views over playing fields and rear garden.

Bathroom:  Bath with shower over, WC and basin.

First Floor:

Bedroom 2:  Twin room with views to side and playing fields. Fitted wardrobe. Cot.

Bedroom 3: Pretty room with double bed, views over playing field, side tables and lamps.

Family Bathroom:  Bath with shower over. Basin and WC

Outside: Walled rear garden backing onto village playing fields.  Paved area for BBQ and alfresco eating.  To the front of the cottage is ample parking for two cars.
