“Excellent property in an ideal location with plenty of space for a large family or group of adults.The Pilchard was well equiped and we could not fault the level of services within the the house.The only problem we had was limited parking with three cars one has to park out in the nearby street although this did not alter our enjoyment of our holiday.”

Wells-Next-The-Sea

The Pilchard is a beautifully presented and spacious seaside property on the very popular Mainsail Yard development. It is a short stroll to the Quay and the town centre providing a fabulous base for a great family seaside holiday.  The accommodation is over three floors with a large kitchen and dining space downstairs, sitting room  and one bedroom on the second floor and three bedrooms on the third floor.  All the furnishings and fittings are of a very high specification, with French antique furniture and leather sofas.

Kitchen / Dining Area:  Superb bespoke fitted kitchen, granite work tops, American style fridge freezer, integral microwave,  dishwasher, washer/dryer machine, electric cooker.  Dining table with 8 chairs overlooking courtyard. Limestone flooring.  A very spacious and sunny room for family meals.

Bathroom 1: With bath, separate shower, low level WC, basin.

Doors to outside deck:  Lovely sunny deck, with fence, making it safe and enclosed. Garden furniture.

Stairs to first floor:  

 Sitting Room:  Large and airy sitting room with full length windows and Juliet style balcony.  Two large sofas, comfortable chairs, flat screen TV with DVD player.  Electric woodburner style  feature stove.  Wooden floor.

Bathroom 2: Shower, WC and Basin

Bedroom 1:  Double bed with wonderful views over the saltmarshes.

Stairs to third  floor:

Bathroom 3: Bath, WC, basin.

Bedroom 2:  A pretty room with twin carved pine beds.  Views over the salt marshes.

Bedroom 3: Double bed (which can be made up to two singles if required) with antique pine wardrobe, views towards the harbour.

Bedroom 4:  Double bed with French antique wardrobe and chest of drawers, views towards the harbour.

Outside:  There is an enclosed decked area to the side and a paved parking space for two cars, to the front with gates.
