4 Langford Cottages is a modern flint faced mid terraced house in the centre of the village.  It is positioned centrally in the village, just a short stroll from the acclaimed Gin Trap Inn and the lovely village shop which supplies organic produce and has an interesting selection of wines to choose from. Ringstead also boasts a children’s playground with small bike ramp for little ones and access to some fabulous walks; Peddars Way, Courtyard Farm, Ringstead Downs and more. Situated less then 2 miles from the stunning beaches of Old Hunstanton, Thornham and Holme with Titchwell nature reserve close by too.  The accommodation is comfortable and there is a mature and well maintained full enclosed garden to the rear of the property with open rural views from upstairs.

Kitchen / Diner:  There is a kitchen area at one end of the room, with an electric freestanding oven & hob, a fridge freezer, sink with drainer, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster.  To the other end is the dining area with a round table and six chairs. Door the out to the rear lobby and back garden.
