Chilvers, (named after the fisherman who used to live there) is a newly refurbished Victorian terraced house.  It has the most stunning views to the marshes and the sea beyond.  There is direct access to the coast path from the garden.  The property is newly furnished and completely overhauled with new kitchen and bathroom.  The property retains lots of original features including stripped wooden floorboards and latched doors.  Chilvers offers a highly comfortable and stylish base for a great family holiday right on the doorstep of the salt marshes.

Dining Room:  Pretty room with stripped wooden floorboards, original feature fireplace (non functional) pine cupboards.  Dining table and 6 chairs. CD player.

Sitting Room:  Stylish and spacious bay fronted room, two sofas, rocking chair, TV, Freeview, DVD player, stripped wooden floor. Open fire.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1:   Double bed. Pretty room with views to the marshes, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp.

Bedroom 2:  Lovely bay fronted room with King size bed (can be two singles or one king size please note when booking). Wardrobe, bedside table and lamps.  Original cast iron fireplace.

Family Bathroom:  Fully tiled newly fitted bathroom, with large bath and electric shower over. WC, and basin.

Stairs to:

Bedroom 3:  Wonderful twin room with views to the marsh and sea beyond. Large Velux window.

Cot and highchair available at the property

Outside:  Very large garden running directly down to the marsh and coast path.  A stunning view and place to sit in the evenings.   Car parking for one car at the front.
