Duckling Cottage is a newly refurbished bungalow situated in a quiet cul de sac a few minutes walk from the centre of Burnham Market.  The property has been beautifully finished with quality furnishings and linen and slate flooring throughout.    It has the benefit of a lovely sunny conservatory and comfortable sofas.  The owners have added many extra thoughtful touches making this a perfect base away from the bustle of the main green. 

Accommodation:

Kitchen:  Well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and electric oven, washing machine and fridge with icebox.  Door to outside.  

Sitting Room: A really comfortable pretty room, with large corner sofa, reclining chair. Large flat screen TV with DVD, French doors to conservatory.

Conservatory:  Dining table and chairs for 6, two chairs. Doors to garden.

Bedroom 1:  Beautifully furnished bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2: Pretty chintzy room with king size bed with bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and chair, fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 3:  Single bed with pull out truckle style bed. Dressing table.

Family Bathroom:  Luxurious bathroom with oversized chrome shower over bath.  WC and designer basin. 

Outside:  Shingled driveway with parking for two cars.  Fully enclosed garden.  There is a patio area for sitting out and a grassed area with a wooden pine covered seat.   Garden furniture. BBQ.
