Sitting Room: Simply and comfortably furnished with sofa and chair, large coffee table. Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Wonderful feature inglenook fireplace with woodburner.
Kitchen/Dining area: Well fitted kitchen with dishwasher,microwave, fridge and icebox. Pine table and chairs, pretty dresser. Door to rear garden.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bed with bedside tables and lamps. Pretty pine wardrobe
Bedroom 2: Small single bedded room with chest of drawers.
Family Bathroom: Bath with hand held shower, WC and basin.

Outside: There is parking on the roadside outside the cottage. To the rear is a small, secluded, enclosed garden with table and chairs for outside eating. There is a right of way through to the neighbouring cottage for taking out the bins. To the front of the cottage is a private village green, overlooking the church.

Local Area
Heacham is a great location for families with two unspoilt beaches, a range of shops and many places to eat, including a fish and chip shop and several pubs. Some of the nearby local attractions include, Norfolk Lavender, Snettisham Park Farm, RSPB Nature Reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell, Sandringham House. Heacham Manor is now open with a newly designed championship 18 hole golf course with reasonable green fees. The North Norfolk coast is 5 minutes drive away through Old Hunstanton.
