Cherry Tree Cottage is a pretty, recently refurbished 300 year old cottage in the lovely village of Stanhoe. It is spacious with four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has large attractive gardens to the front and the rear.  A large duck pond, children’s playground and village pub are all within walking distance. A 5 minutes drive will bring you to the Georgian village of Burnham Market with its fashionable boutiques, cafes, deli, wine merchant and the acclaimed Hoste Arms Hotel.  The beautiful coast is only 10 minutes away.

Accommodation

Ground Floor:

Kitchen:  Smart re-fitted kitchen with sloping beamed ceiling overlooking the rear garden.  Well-equipped with new appliances:  built-in dishwasher, two built-in electric ovens, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer.  

Utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and airing cupboard.

Breakfast Room:  with table and 4 chairs plus high chair.

Dining Room:  Spacious room with beamed ceiling bespoke dining table and 6 large chairs.

Sitting Room:  Original beamed ceiling, wood burning stove, 2 sofas day-bed, large flat screen TV, DVD and digital music system with radio, CD and docking station for I-pod.

Bedroom 4:  Wrought iron single bed with pull out single bed below, bedside lamp, chest with VCR player. Playstation 2.

Bathroom:  Bath with electric shower over, WC and hand basin.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside table and lamps, built in cupboard.

Bedroom 2:  Double bed, chest of drawers, hooks for hanging.

Bedroom 3:  Single bed with pull out single bed, chest of drawers.

Bathroom:  Bath with shower mixer taps, WC, hand basin.

Outside:
Pretty front garden with gravel driveway and gate to road.   Large attractive rear enclosed garden, mainly lawned, with a variety of shrubs and plants and patio, barbecue and outside furniture. Enclosure dog run with kennel.  Please note the summer house pictured above is no longer in the garden.  It was removed in October 2011 and we are awaiting a new photograph of the garden.
