“Clean & Cosy apartment. Excellent Location, Very close to the quay and centre of town. Would recommend both Norfolk Hideaways & this apartment to any couple visiting Wells. Could have done with better parking directions and the number painted on the parking space as we had to rely on a local resident to help us. Also the heating in the apartment was not on when arriving which made the first night rather cold. In winter would recommend the heating is switched on before guests arrive. ”

Avocet is a spacious first floor apartment in the heart of Wells conservation area. The apartment has been recently refurbished to provide modern comfortable accommodation in a fab location within a one minute walk to the Quayside and local amenities.

Sitting room: Spacious lounge/diner with comfy corner sofa (which converts to a double bed). Flat screen 26” tv/dvd player and electric wood burner effect fire. Table & chairs. DAB radio. CD player. Ipod station.

Bedroom: Double bed with side tables and lamps. Wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bright room with bath and electric shower, sink & WC.

Outside: There is a gravelled, shared courtyard area to the rear of the property with outside seating. Parking for one vehicle.

Local Area

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. A visit to Wells wouldn\'t be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Bicycle hire is available on the quayside. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.
