“We have had a really lovely holiday here at Ebb & Flow. A great place for our first one with our new puppy! The location exceeded our expectations as we were able to walk (along the beach)to Old Hunstanton and along the dunes the opposite way. The garden birds were a lovely sight. Our daughter Niamh enjoyed seeing the pheasants come in. A great second home, we are sure to come back.”

“We were welcomed by the cuckoo and turtle doves purring....both seen as well. This is the first holiday rental we have had where the brochure described secure enclosed garden was actually secure and enclosed! We had a great holiday in a comfortable well appointed property, ideally situated for our birdwatching. The highlight was having turtle doves actually in the garden. Saw our first muntjac deer. Nice to hear natterjack toads in the evening. Already booked another week in October. ”

“Thank you. We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed staying at Ebb and Flow. It is on file to use again. The weather was very kind to us as well. We shall certainly be back maybe next year and will definitely use Norfolk Hideaways again. The local pub, the White Horse, was a bonus as we could take the dog in plus the food was good and realistically priced. Many thanks. See you in the future.”

“We love this area and were thrilled to find such a treasure as Ebb & Flow. We shall miss the the ever present call of the cuckoos, foxes and the greedy jackdaws ducks and pheasants. Fill up the birdfeeders at night and watch the display from bed next morning – priceless. Thanks for all the thought that has gone into making this a perfect break. ”

Loretta Wright from Portsmouth, May 2013

Thank you for a perfect stay. ”
