Orange House Apartment & pool are located in a quiet position in the attractive seaside village of Heacham. The apartment is light and airy with original features including stripped wooden floors, comfortable modern furnishings and gas central heating throughout. There is a super enclosed garden adjoining the property which is mainly laid to lawn. A great bonus of the property is the use of the owners outdoor heated pool. If required there is also a separate studio available sleeping 2 which is accessed via an adjoining door in the apartment or by a separate entrance outside. Click here to view the details for The Studio Heacham is a large seaside village which attracts families, golfers, bird watchers and walkers throughout the year. There are an abundance of shops, including butchers, bakers, chemist , supermarket & gift shop all within a few minutes walk of Orange House. The beach is approximately a 20 minute walk away. There are also a number of pubs which serve food within the village.

Lounge/kitchen/diner: Super light and airy space with open plan kitchen/lounge and dining area with comfortable modern furnishings, large bay window with dining/seating area for 6. TV with Freeview and DVD player. The kitchen comprises fitted wall and base units, electric oven & hob, washing machine & microwave oven.
Hall leading to:
Bathroom: Comprises white suite with bath/shower mixer, pedestal sink and W/C.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds, can be converted into a super king size double on request,
bedside table, lamp & wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table, lamp & wardrobe.
Outside: There is plenty of off road parking to the front of the property. A side gate gives access to the apartment & studio which both open out onto a large lawned area with outdoor heated pool which is open from late June / early July (dependent on the weather) until mid September (again weather permittng) guests can use the pool from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and other times by arrangement. Guests use the pool at their own risk and children MUST be accompanied at all times.. Garden furniture for 6.

Local Area
Heacham is a great location for families with two unspoilt beaches, a range of shops and many places to eat, including a fish and chip shop and several pubs. Some of the nearby local attractions include, Norfolk Lavender, Snettisham Park Farm, RSPB Nature Reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell, Sandringham House. Heacham Manor is now open with a newly designed championship 18 hole golf course with reasonable green fees. The North Norfolk coast is 5 minutes drive away through Old Hunstanton.
