We have been impressed by the efficiency of the booking process and would certainly use 'Norfolk Hideaways' again. The Studio had both total privacy and the opportunity to ask the owners occasional questions, which was much appreciated. Our only slight problem was not being able to get Wi-fi access on our laptop. We hope to return. Note from Norfolk Hideaways - There is no Wi-Fi in the Studio. ”

Orange House Studio & pool are located in a quiet position in the attractive seaside village of Heacham. The studio has comfortable modern furnishings, a super1st floor bedroom with high ceilings and an en-suite bathroom. There is a super enclosed garden adjoining the property which is mainly laid to lawn. A great bonus of the property is the use of the owners outdoor heated pool. Heacham is a large seaside village which attracts families, golfers, bird watchers and walkers throughout the year. There are an abundance of shops, including butchers, bakers, chemist , supermarket & gift shop all within a few minutes walk of Orange House. The beach is approximately a 20 minute walk away. There are also a number of pubs and a restaurant within the village.

Sitting room/kitchen/diner: Attractively furnished, compact and well appointed with open plan kitchen/lounge and dining area with seating and furnishings for 2. Colour TV/DVD player. The kitchen comprises fitted wall and base units, electric oven & hob, fridge & microwave oven.

Bedroom 1: Lovely spacious room with high ceilings, King sized bed, side table & lamp. En suite bathroom with bath, washbasin & W/C.
Outside: There is plenty of off road parking to the front of the property. A side gate gives access to the apartment & studio which both open out onto a large lawned area with outdoor heated pool which is open until mid September. The shallow end is approximately 3 feet & the deep end is 7 - 8 feet. Garden furniture for 6.

Local Area
Heacham is a great location for families with two unspoilt beaches, a range of shops and many places to eat, including a fish and chip shop and several pubs. Some of the nearby local attractions include, Norfolk Lavender, Snettisham Park Farm, RSPB Nature Reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell, Sandringham House. Heacham Manor is now open with a newly designed championship 18 hole golf course with reasonable green fees. The North Norfolk coast is 5 minutes drive away through Old Hunstanton.
