Enjoyed the view over the field at the rear watching out for wildlife and were rewarded with a daily visit from a barn owl. Loved the proximity to the town and quay. Furnished and equipped to an excellent standard and with fabulous views across the marshes to the beaches and sea beyond, Sandbanks offers first class accommodation in which family & friends can enjoy this perfect location.

Wells offers fabulous beaches at both Wells & Holkham, with quaint rambling streets to explore, shops, cafes, pub/restaurants & the bustling quayside.

Entrance Hall: Spacious entrance hall with cupboard for coats & shoes and stairs off.

Kitchen / Dining Room: Fabulous bespoke fitted & equipped kitchen with butler sink & granite work surfaces. Integrated appliances including; fan assisted oven & ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher & fridge/freezer. Tassimo coffee machine. Table & 4 chairs (can extend to seat 8). French doors opening out onto the wrap around decking area. Outside table and seating for 8.

Cloakroom: WC and wash hand basin.

Garage: Access to garage housing washing machine & tumble dryer.

Master Bedroom: A charming room with fabulous views to the beach and sea beyond. King-size vi sprung bed. Bedside tables & lamps, chest of drawers & wardrobe. TV. Superb En-suite bathroom with bath, walk in double shower, WC and pedestal hand basin.

Bedroom 3: Wonderful light and spacious room with triple aspect windows. King size bed, bedside table, chest of drawers & triple wardrobe. TV.En suite WC & pedestal sink.

Bedroom 4: Spacious twin bedded room with bedside table, chest of drawers & wardrobe. IPOD docking station + alarm clock radio. TV.

Family Bathroom: Superb shower room with walk in double shower, WC & pedestal wash hand basin.

Bed linen & Towels are provided free of charge.

There is a cot & high chair at the property.

Garden Furniture is provided but no BBQ.

Outside: Access is via 2 five bar gates with parking for 3-4 vehicles. There is a large wrap around side & rear deck giving fabulous views across the marshes to the pinewoods beyond. Teak outside garden furniture for 8. 2 sun loungers. Shed available for bicycles etc.

“What a great holiday! The house, Sandbanks, was terrific; very well laid out, nicely decorated and the kitchen was fantastic. It was brilliantly located, being only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Wells which meant it was quiet at night. We very much enjoyed exploring Wells, eating at the Globe Inn, pottering in local shops, eating endless ice cream on the quay and playing in the amazing pirate ship in the playground. Trips to beautiful Wells beach were easy as were trips to nearby Holkham beach. We went bicycling at Holkham Hall, went to see the seals at Brancaster Point and the sun shone throughout. We're looking forward to returning in the summer!”

Local Area

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. A visit to Wells wouldn\'t be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Bicycle hire is available on the quayside. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.
