“We loved 3 Honeymoon Row. Excellent location - in the heart of the village yet peaceful with a delightful garden and all important parking space (you will really appreciate this in high summer)! Interior is modern, bright and comfortable. Kitchen is fairly compact, but excellently equipped (who wants to spend hours cooking on holiday anyway)? My only criticism is that the description on the site doesn't do the place justice. It is stuffed with toys - which amused our 2 year old for hours - and useful holiday stuff (windbreaks, beach mats, crabbing nets). Had we known, we wouldn't have packed half the stuff we did. An excellent property in a truly lovely location, I can thoroughly recommend it.”

Number 3 Honeymoon Row is a charming 300 year old brick & flint cottage with a pretty sunny enclosed garden. It's in a super, secluded location, just a 2 minute walk from the Quayside and local amenities and a two minute stroll from the lovely Buttlands Square in the heart of Wells-next-the-sea. Originally converted for the use of honeymooners arriving by train from the Midlands, the cottage is perfectly situated & equipped for a relaxing holiday in this traditional seaside town.

Kitchen / Dining Area: Well equipped, modern kitchen with integrated fridge, washer/dryer, oven & hob and microwave. Table + 4 chairs. Door to rear garden.

Sitting Room: Lovely cosy room with log burning stove. Flat screen TV with free sat. DVD player. Stereo. Comfy sofa (also converts to sofa bed) & 2 chairs.

First Floor:

Double Bedroom: Lovely room overlooking the garden. Double bed, large wardrobe,chest of drawers, mirror and, bedside tables & lamps.

Single Bedroom: Full size single bed. Side table and bedside lamp.

Shower Room: Modern shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin & heated towel rail.

Also provided for guests use are: Windbreak, beach mat, folding chairs, childrens' beach tent, cool box.

Washing line, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

A good selection of books for all ages, including maps and walking books

Baby bath, changing mat, sterilizer and botle warmer.

Toys and games for the garden and beach including buckets and spades crabbing nets and bucket, swing ball, croquet, quiots cricket badminton and boules.

Wide range of toys and games for wet days.

Bed linen is provided. Towels are not provided.

Outside: There is a lovely sunny garden to the rear of the cottage with table & 6 chairs. Off road parking for 1 car.

Local Area

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. A visit to Wells wouldn\'t be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Bicycle hire is available on the quayside. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.
