South Creake is a lovely village just a couple of miles from Burnham Market. There is a lovely village green
in the centre with a playpark for children and tennis courts. The Ostrich pub serves good food overlooking the green and a recently opened tea room. Sir John Betjeman loved the church here. The village is home to The Yorke Trust, founded in 1985 to promote the arts and particularly music among young people. A more recent developement, The North Norfolk Music Festival, presents concerts by international musicians in the church.
