Shortly beforehand I received complete directions as to how to reach the property by car, and when I arrived it was exactly as shown on the website, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The website reflected that care; it's fresh, inviting, easy to find the information and with a good array of useful photos. The booking process was straightforward. We booked late and were delighted by the helpful support provided by the Norfolk Hideaways staff with a number of options that we were considering - with some simple questions and prompts from them it helped us find the right property for our needs.
