The closest BBC observation point to our holiday cottages is King's Lynn, at the base of the Wash. Coastal areas are notoriously difficult to predict - and the Norfolk coast is no exception. Generally, however, this part of Norfolk is known as one of the sunniest and dryest places in Britain.
