Presented in a rustic & comfortable style with amazing turret with SEA VIEWS on the second floor, the cottage is perfectly located for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

First Floor:

Master Bedroom: Lovely room with double bed, ample storage and windows to the front of the property. STUNNING SEA VIEWS.

Twin Bedroom: A good sized room with twin beds.

Library/Sitting Area. Lovely sitting room with SEA VIEWS.

Second Floor

Turret Bedroom: Turret room with 3 large picture windows giving the best views in the house of the marshes to the sea. King sized futon bed, bedside tables & lamps. Please note there are no blinds in this room.

Family Bathroom: Family shower room with shower cubicle, WC & wash hand basin.

Bed linen is provided, towels are not provided.

Outside. Parking is on the road to the front of the property, there are no parking restrictions and ample parking is available. To the front of the property there is a small garden. To the rear there is a lawned garden with fabulous views of the marshes and sea beyond. The garden belonging to 3 Harbour View stretches to the hedge, however you have right of way to walk to bottom of the grassed area adjoining your garden and straight onto the coastal path. There are 2 outhouses with shower & wc. Garden table + chairs.
