Flint Cottage is a charming, newly refurbished property situated on a quiet side street in the popular village of North Creake, just a few minutes' drive from Burnham Market and the coast. It has been lovingly refurbished retaining many of its original features including a gorgeous pammant tiled floor in the sitting room and fabulous wooden floorboards upstairs. It also benefits from a new shower room and separate bathroom and brand new fitted kitchen. It provides really cosy and comfortable accommodation, ideal for couples or small families.

Flint Cottage could be booked with Pink End, the cottage next door, to provide great accommodation for up to 9 people. The garden at Pink End can be accessed from Flint Cottage which makes it work really well for families who want to be close but not necessarily in the same property!

Sitting Room: A lovely cosy room, with original pammant floor and wood burning stove. There is a comfy two seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, side tables with lamps, TV & DVD player and plenty of games and DVD's to choose from.

Kitchen / Dining Room: The brand new fitted kitchen includes an integrated fridge/freezer, freestanding oven and electric hob with extractor fan over, kettle, toaster and sink with draining board. There is a slim dishwasher and mini washing machine and good cupboard and work surface area to work in. There is a small step up to the dining area with a table and four chairs.

Bunk Room: Full-sized bunk beds fit neatly into the cute room. There is a stool and storage in a set of basket drawers.

Shower Room: Shower, WC & Sink

First floor

The stairs from the sitting room lead up into the bedroom above. Please note these are real NORFOLK WINDER stairs and not suitable for the less able.

Master Bedroom: A charming room with two beautiful antique single beds. The beautiful original floor has been lovingly restored and there is a built in wardrobe for guest to use, side table with lamps and a dressing table and mirror.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a small bath with hand held shower, sink, WC and chair. Please note there is a sloping ceiling in this room which may make it difficult to navigate for the very tall!

Bed linen is provided.

Towels are provided at £5.00 per person.

Electric Central Heating

Outside: There is off-road parking for two cars behind the row of three cottages of which Flint is the first. Behind the parking area is a private garden area laid to lawn with a patio area with table and four chairs and a BBQ. Flint Cottage is accessed across a shared garden area to the rear of the cottages. There is also a gate to the garden of Pink End that can be used if both properties are being let by the same party.
