Poppy Cottage is a comfortably furnished terraced cottage which forms part of a conversion of an historic Victorian building. Situated just outside the village of Docking in a rural setting, you will really appreciate the ‘big blue' Norfolk skies! There is a comfortable lounge with TV, video and DVD, and a spacious kitchen diner with table and chairs. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds (one en-suite) one with bunks and a family bathroom. There is a good sized fully enclosed garden with paved patio area ideal for bbqs and sunny days. Docking is well served with two pubs, a Spar shop, Fish and Chip shop and a doctor's surgery. The beach at Brancaster and the pretty village of Burnham Market are a few minutes drive away.

Kitchen:/Dining room: Well equipped, spacious room with laminate floor. Washing machine/drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. Pine table and chairs. Door to rear garden. High Chair, stair gate and travel cot. Cottage has telephone for incoming calls only.

Sitting room: Comfortable room with two sofas, period style fireplace with electric fire, TV, video, DVD. Views to front and back.

First floor

Family Bathroom: Fresh and light bathroom, laminate floor, bath with shower over. WC, Basin.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with en suite shower room. TV.

Bedroom 2: Double bed.

Bedroom 3: Full sized bunk beds.

Bed linen can be provided. No Towels.

Outside: Pretty enclosed large garden with paved area, ideal for BBQs. Garden furniture. Parking for two cars.
