Pear Tree Cottage is a beautifully presented period cottage situated within the picturesque village of Holme-next-the-Sea and within a few minutes walk of the beautiful North Norfolk Heritage Coast. The cottage has had yet more improvements in 2010 making it a real gem in this sort after village. There is a local village pub with garden & childrens play area opposite and the villages of Thornham & Old Hunstanton with village shop & post office are both within a mile either side of the village.

Entrance door leading from the Courtyard Garden into;

Sitting/Dining Room: A Light and airy room with a south facing window overlooking the courtyard garden. Rattan sofas in the sitting room take full advantage of the centrally located wood burning stove. Flat screen television/DVD player with Freeview, micro hi-fi, I-pod docking station and a selection of books, CD's, DVD's and board games. Dining table and chairs and quarry tiled floor.

Kitchen: A brand new well equipped traditional country style bespoke kitchen with grantite worktops, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, integrated dishwasher and bistro table with two chairs.

Door and Staircase leading to First Floor:

Bedroom 1: A beautiful sunny south facing room with double bed, flat screen TV with freeview, bedside table & lamp, wardrobe and dressing table (hairdryer provided).

Bathroom: Lovely newly rennovated spacious room with modern bath and power shower over, pedestal washbasin, WC and washing machine housed in a cupboard.

Door and Staircase leading to Second Floor:

Twin Bedroom: A converted loft room with fantastic high level views over the salt marshes, North Sea and over the garden to the south. Twin beds with stowaway mattresses underneath, flat screen TV, chest of drawers and dressing table (hairdryer provided).

Storage heating throughout.

Bed linen is provided.

Towels are provided at £5.00 per person.

There is a Travel Cot available at the property but no high chair.

Outside: A pleasant south facing courtyard garden with table and 4 chairs is an excellent position to enjoy some summer sunshine, a good book and a glass of wine. Leading from the courtyard garden down a gravel path you will discover a large orchard garden with barbeque and garden furniture (approx ¼ acre).
