Charming and simply furnished with a lovely south facing garden, open fires and super location only 250 yards from the quay, Teal Cottage is the perfect hideaway retreat for a relaxing break on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast.

Dining Area: Lovely family area with open fire, table & chairs, 2 armchairs & door giving access to rear garden.
Sitting room: Cosy and comfortable with settee and armchairs, open fire, TV with freeview box, DVD player & telephone accepting incoming calls only.
1st Floor
Traditional Norfolk winder staircase gives access to first floor. (Not suitable for the less able).
Bedroom 1: Lovely light & airy room with king sized double bed, side tables and lamps, built in wardrobe/hanging space. Views to the front and over rear garden.
Bedroom 2: Spacious twin bedded room with bedside table & lamps. Built in wardrobe/hanging space.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds. Views over rear garden.
There are night storage heaters downstairs & on the landing area.Bed linen is provided. Towels are not provided.A travel cot and high chair are provided.
Outside:
Secluded and fully enclosed rear garden, mainly laid to lawn with flower beds, apple trees and outside seating for 6.
Burnham-Overy-Staithe is a quiet, unspoilt coastal village which is close to the RSPB and Scolt Head Nature Reserves, perfect for bird watchers and nature lovers. There are beaches at Scolt Head, accessible at low tide by foot and by a ferry service during high tide during the summer months. Award winning Holkham Beach is 3 miles away.
There is good dinghy sailing with adjacent boat parking and launching facilities.
The Hero pub, super children's playing field with tennis courts and playground are also just a stroll away. The Georgian village of Burnham Market is just a mile away offering a wide range of outstanding food, gift and clothing shops.
Local attractions include miles of great walking on the coastal path, beautiful sandy beaches, excellent restaurants, sailing, historic sites, golf courses, and churches. Visit Holkham Hall with its beautiful grounds, gift & coffee shop; or treat yourself to a walk through the pinewoods to the famous award winning Holkham Beach with its fabulous array of brightly painted beach huts just a few miles away.
