St Ethelberts is a modern and spacious house just a few minutes walk from the centre of Burnham Market. It is a loved second home and provides well appointed accommodation for family holidays. There is a welcoming and comfortable sitting room with an open fire for the cooler months, a large kitchen / diner and four sensible sized bedrooms (one en-suite). The property is surrounded by gardens which are enclosed to ensure neither dogs nor children can escape.

Entrance Hall: Spacious hall with space to hang coats and boot rack, leading to all rooms downstairs with stairs leading up and downstairs WC off. Also Utility Room with washing machine.

Kitchen / Diner: Country style kitchen, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, butler sink and tons of cupboard space. There is an extendable table and chairs to seat 7.

Sitting room: Spacious room with comfy sofas, open fire, TV with integral DVD & video, Stereo and French doors to garden. There is a range of DVD's, books & games to choose from.

First floor

Family Bathroom. Bath with shower over, sink and WC.

Master Bedroom: Light and airy double room with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe space. En-suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2: Good sized room with full sized bunk beds and ample storage space.

Bedroom 3: Double Bed with bedside tables, chest of drawers, chair & wardrobe. Windows to the rear of the property.

Bedroom 4: Double aspect room with single bed, bedside table and chair.

Bed linen is provided.

Towels are provided at £5.00 per person.

Outside: Gardens to three sides of the property all laid to lawn with planted borders. Garden furniture provided outside the French doors from the sitting room. The garden is fully enclosed and safe for both dogs and children.
