Blue Cottage is a charming holiday retreat hidden away in a quiet, peaceful setting, yet positioned in a great central location in the attractive Georgian village of Burnham Market. Just one minutes walk to The Hoste and the village Green, the cottage has private parking and is not visible from the road. It offers comfortable accommodation with a bright sunny kitchen / diner and cosy sitting room. It has recently been redecorated throughout and has a lovely new bathroom fitted upstairs.

Wander the picturesque streets of Burnham Market where you will find fashionable boutiques, cafes, a wine merchant and deli, fab local butchers and fishmongers and of course the acclaimed Hoste Arms Hotel. The beautiful beaches of the North Norfolk Coast are within a 5 minute drive away.

Entrance hall with WC off.

Kitchen/Dining Area: Fitted kitchen with new fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with a freestanding oven/grill with ceramic hob and microwave.
Leading from the kitchen is a bright and airy dining area with table, six chairs and sideboard. There are windows looking out to the courtyard garden and a door opening to the patio.

Sitting room: Attractive and cosy sitting room complete with a comfy sofa & three armchairs, a wood burning stove, fab new wide screen television, DVD and video player and a selection of books.

First floor:

Bathroom: Newly fitted modern family bathroom with bath, power shower, sink, WC & heated towel rails.

Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedside table with lamp built in wardrobes and recess wall mirror with light above. Window to the front of the property.

Bedroom 2: Spacious room with twin pine beds, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table with mirror and fitted wardrobe with full length mirror on the inside of one door. Window to the side of the property.

Bedroom 3: Good sized room with single bed, bedside table, recess fitted wall mirror with light above and fitted wardrobes. Window to the front of the property.

The property is heated by electric storage heaters.
Bed linen is provided but no towels.

There is no travel cot or high chair

Outside:

Approached from a hidden drive enter through a white bar gate to a gravelled area with parking for 2 cars. There is a pretty walled courtyard garden with flowers & shrubs and a table & chairs to sit out & enjoy the sun. To the side of the cottage are a patio area with table and chairs and BBQ area with door leading to kitchen / dining area.
