The Coach House is located in the village of Sedgeford and is only 4 miles from the many lovely beaches on the coast. It is a very comfortable detached converted barn, neighbouring the owner's home. Ideally located to benefit from the many local attractions including the numerous RSPB nature reserves, the coastal paths, stately homes including Sandringham and Houghton Hall. In short whether you are a walker, beach enthusiast, bird spotter or just want to get away from it all then this is the place for you.

Ground floor

Sitting / Dining Room:  The handsome arched windows flood this good sized sitting/dining room with light.  It is well equipped with a sofa, a TV/DVD/Video combo and a wood burner for those winter nights. The dining table will seat 5.  There is also an excellent stereo system to relax with some music.

Kitchen:  Steps up from the living area lead to a modern well equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and stereo and a table for two.

Shower Room: Equipped with Shower, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom:  Double Bed and bedside tables with lamps.

Outside:  There is off-road parking inside the gate at the front of the property.  Guests have a private seating area to the rear of the property to enjoy the lovely garden and enjoy a drink in the evening sun.
