Lavender Cottage is a light, airy and pretty single storey modern carrstone fronted cottage in traditional Norfolk style. Warm, cosy and comfortable, it is a great starting point for relaxing, birdwatching, golf, walking or cycling along the North Norfolk coastal path (not all of it passable by bike) and the Peddars Way. You can even hire a bike in Heacham! It lies near Sandringham and twixt Snettisham and Titchwell RSPB reserves, with Holme-next-the-Sea Nature Reserve en route to Titchwell.

The only vehicular access to Lavender Cottage is to park your car; one of five similar cottages each enjoying complete privacy. It is a very quite spot, but only a 5 minute stroll from the heart of this traditional Norfolk coastal village and a 10 minute to the beach. Lavender Cottage has recently had a complete makeover to a high standard, tailored to accommodate guests in a well-equipped, high standard, warm and spacious hideaway. It has a delightful private enclosed south facing garden.

Heacham is an attractive coastal village with many local amenities and a variety of small shops, including a mini-supermarket, local butcher and fishmonger, pubs & restaurants. It even usefully boasts a Doctor and Vet surgeries! You can walk along the pebble beach to the quaint Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton. A wonderful walk in the opposite direction takes you to the RSPB reserve at Snettisham. Lavender Cottage is often used by golfers playing at Hunstanton, Brancaster and Castle Rising. North Norfolk's beautiful sandy beaches continue along through Hunstanton, Holme, Brancaster, Holcombe and onward to Wells.

Double Bedroom: Spacious room with double bed, large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, hairdryer, dressing table and chair. Double windows to the front of the property.

Twin Room: A good sized room with two single beds, large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and dressing table and chair.

Family Bathroom: Family bathroom with bath, electric shower , WC & wash hand basin.
