Stonecross is a substantial contemporary property providing over 3000 sq feet of living accommodation set in large mature gardens with both a heated swimming pool and sauna outside. The house is extremely comfortably furnished and designed to accommodate family groups with a separate sitting room and play room, conservatory, two dining rooms and a large kitchen/breakfast room with tons of workspace and cupboards. The bedrooms are all well appointed and bright and overall the house has a sense of space and comfort that makes it the ideal property for a family holiday.

Kitchen / Breakfast Room / Utility: The kitchen is a long room banked with windows overlooking the garden, opening out at one end to the breakfast area with a large pine table and 6 chairs and at the other to a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and bank of tall cupboards. The kitchen itself is extremely well equipped with an integrated double oven and separate integrated ceramic hob, dishwasher, sink, kettle, smoothie maker, microwave and toaster. There is tons of work surface space and well stocked cupboards.

To one end of the kitchen a door leads to the Main Dining Room: A large room with sofa and big dining table seating 10 comfortably, there is a sofa and French doors leading out to the back garden.

Sitting Room: The main sitting room is a large bright and airy room with windows facing to both front and back of property. There is an open fire, 2 deep three seater sofas, three armchairs, two chairs a number of side tables and a large flat screen TV/SKY. A door leads from the rear of the room to both the play room and conservatory.

To the side and rear of the property are extensive and secluded mature gardens with lawns, shrubs and well planted beds. The heated swimming pool and patio area are fully enclosed by a rail fence and there are chairs and loungers available for around the pool. The sauna is housed in a separate room with its own shower and changing area.
