Choseley is a tiny hamlet situated on the high ground two miles inland from the popular coastal village of Thornham. It is a magical spot, Evergreen Cottage has uninterrupted views to the sea from the upstairs master bedroom and fabulous panoramic views over open fields from the garden. The Cottage has been sympathetically decorated and comfortably and furnished providing good sized yet cosy accommodation for up to five people. It is an ideal place to get away from it all and have a taste of rural Norfolk living and a real sense of the famous Norfolk ‘Big Sky' but still with all the creature comforts you would expect from a modern home.

Kitchen / Dining Room: A pretty room with black & white chequerboard floor, large dining table and six chairs and a kitchen comprising hardwood block worktop, sink, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, freestanding electric oven and hob and radio.

Family Bathroom: Recently refurbished, this is a large family bathroom comprising bath with electric power shower over, pedestal sink, and window to the side of the property. Washing machine. The WC is in a separate room adjoining the bathroom.

Sitting Room: A spacious room with the wood burning stove as a focal point. Comfortably furnished with a three seater and two seater sofa and side tables, TV & DVD.

Conservatory: Complete with two 2 seater sofas and two wicker chairs. French doors leading out to the back garden.

Master Bedroom: A charming room with a double bed, uninterrupted views to the views to the coast at Thornham, an ornamental Victorian fireplace, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Twin Bedroom: Twin Beds with bedside table and lamp, canvass wardrobe, chest of drawers with books and games and lovely views to the rear of the property over the garden and on to the fields.

Single Bedroom: A good sized room with single bed, bedside table and lamp, dressing table and lovely views out over the garden and fields.

Bed linen and Towels are provided.

Oil Fired Central Heating

A High Chair is available at the property and a travel cot can be provided on request.

Outside: There is off-road parking for up to two cars to the front of the property along with a couple of outbuildings where bicycles can be stored if you wish. There is a small patio area and garden laid to shrubs and flowers to the front of the property. To the rear is a large garden, laid mainly to grass with shrubs and trees - an ideal adventure garden for children. There is a picnic bench on the lawn commanding fabulous views out over the fields, a great spot to get a real feeling for the famous Norfolk ‘Big Sky' and a sense of peace and space.
