Eaton Cottage is a lovely cottage originally built in the 17^th Century as a bakery and still with the old baking oven as a feature in the sitting room. Perfectly positioned in the centre of the popular village of Thornham it is walking distance to both The Old Coach House pizza restaurant and The Orange Tree gastro-pub. Eaton has a beautiful garden, courtyard, patio and parking for several cars off-road on the private gravelled drive. It offers comfortable accommodation with the benefit of a downstairs bedroom and shower room along with the family bathroom and bedrooms upstairs.

Kitchen / Dining Room: The newly fitted kitchen is modern and equipped with a new integrated ceramic hob and integrated oven and grill under. Sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There is a large dining table and 7 chairs and a chest of drawers.

Sitting Room: A long and bright room with the original baking oven as a feature in the end wall, with widows along both sides and French doors out to the patio at the far end. There are plenty of sofas and chairs along the length of the room and coffee / side tables for all guests. There is a TV and DVD and the house is stocked with some books and games for guests to use. There is also French Deville boiler in the room which is oil fired and provides cosy warmth in the colder months.

Downstairs Twin Bedroom: Twin beds, side table & lamp, wardrobe and chest of drawers with dual aspect windows to the front and side of the property.

Shower Room: WC, Bidet, Sink and Shower

Master Bedroom: A spacious room with a double bed, canvas wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table and lamp.

Triple Room: A good sized room with three single beds, 2 chests of drawers, large desk & chair, wardrobe and dual aspect windows to the front and side of the property. There is also a fold away bed available for this room (bedding is not supplied) which would be suitable for an extra child.

Family Bathroom: Newly finished family bathroom comprising WC, Sink, Bath and electric shower over.

Bed linen and Towels are provided.

There is a mixture of Oil Fired Central Heating and Night Storage Heaters

There is no Cot or High Chair at the property.

Outside: There is off-road parking several cars at the side of the property on the gravelled drive. The property has a lovely orchard garden (not completely enclosed for dogs) with lawns and mature shrubs and flower beds. There is a patio outside the sitting room with chairs and garden furniture and a BBQ available for use. The property is accessed through a paved courtyard area with mature potted plants and a bench.
