Sitting/Dining Room: Lovely comfortable room with comfy sofas & chairs, open fire, TV & DVD player. Welsh dresser, large dining table & 6 chairs.
Kitchen: Rustic fitted kitchen with built in oven & ceramic hob, washing machine & fridge. Open shelving. Rear door onto garden (please note there is no dishwasher or microwave).
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Good sized room with double bed, ample storage and windows to the front of the property. Stunning Sea Views.
Bedroom 2: A good sized room with twin beds a chest of drawers and window to the front of the property.
Shower Room: Family shower room with shower cubicle, WC & wash hand basin.
Library/Sitting Area. Library room with a sofa facing the picture window looking out towards the sea. Fabulous selection of books to relax with.
Second Floor
Turret Bedroom: Turret room with 3 large picture windows giving the best views in the house of the marshes to the sea. Double Bed, bedside tables & lamps. Sit and watch the world go by with the telescope.

Parking is on the road to the front of the property, there are no parking restrictions and ample parking is available. To the front of the property there is a small garden. To the rear there is a small lawned garden. The garden belonging to 3 Harbour View stretches to the hedge, however you have right of way to walk to bottom of the grassed area adjoining your garden and straight onto the coastal path. There are 2 outhouses with shower & wc. Garden table + chairs.
Brancaster Staithe, just a couple of minutes drive from Brancaster, bustles with sailors. Home to Brancaster Staithe Sailing Club, the harbour is a busy place. Fresh seafood and coffee can be had from the shed on the quay (in high season)or you can go up to The Jolly Sailors where children, muddy dogs and boots are welcomed. For more formal dining The White Horse provides a spectacular view of the marshes where you can enjoy the local seafood whilst watching the tide come in over the creeks. The Fish Shed gives you the opportunity to take home some great local produce. Kayaks and boats can be hired from Northshore Sport and Leisure. Brancaster Staithe is right on the Norfolk Coast Path. Fresh mussels can be bought on the quay direct from the fishermen, or try Mervyn in the village, he will have a sign out!
