Saltmarsh is a contemporary town house on three levels, situated a few minutes walk from Wells Quay. It is comfortably furnished with quality fittings and linens. There are good views towards the saltmarsh from the sitting room and master bedroom.

Ground floor:

Garden Room: French doors to courtyard and parking area. Tiled floor. Two comfortable chairs.

Downstairs Cloakroom: WC and Basin.

Kitchen: Pretty kitchen with table and chairs. Electric cooker and hob, fridge, microwave, flat screen television, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. Childrens table and chairs. Well equipped.

Stairs to First Floor:

Sitting Room: Comfortable room with two leather sofas, Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, iPod dock. Views of the marsh. Selections of childrens games and books.

Bedroom 1: Spacious room with comfortable twin beds, flat screen TV, chest of drawers. Ensuite shower cubicle.

Stairs to second floor.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wardrobe. Velux window to front.

Bedroom 3: Pretty fresh Master bedroom, side tables and lamps, wardrobe and views to marshes.

Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and basin.

Local Area

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. A visit to Wells wouldn\'t be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Bicycle hire is available on the quayside. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.
