Woodpecker Cottage is a beautifully restored  400 year old traditional Norfolk cottage.  It is situated in the village of Sedgeford just three miles from the lovely North Norfolk coast.  The cottage is furnished to a very high standard with quality linens and feather duvets.  The owners have really gone the extra mile in making this a wonderful home from home with fluffy towels, bathrobes and books to make your stay that little bit special.  Check out on the cottage is 11am giving guests time for a leisurely breakfast on their day of departure. Ground floor: 

Kitchen:  A pretty traditional country style kitchen.  Very well equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine.   There is a table and chairs and a door to the enclosed rear courtyard.

Sitting Room:  A really stylish room with stable doors to front garden, lovely to have open on summer evenings.  Oak flooring, large multifuel burning stove, two comfortable sofas, tables and lamps.  Large flat widescreen TV with DVD  and Blu-Ray player,  full SKY package.  iPod docking station and mini audio system. Good range of books, CDs, DVDs, BLU-Ray discs and magazines.

Rear Lobby:  With tiled floor, perfect for dogs and boots. Door to rear courtyard garden and parking area.

Downstairs Cloakroom:  WC and basin

First Floor:

Bedroom 1:  Pretty twin room with iron bedsteads.  Wardrobe, hair drier and bathrobe.
