The Engine House - Walsingham -

“This was a glorious cottage, beautifully furnished and well equipped with lovely quality linens (there were fluffy towels provided -a surprise as the website suggested we needed to take our own) in a lovely setting. Great Walsingham is postcard perfect and the farm shop in Little walsingham sells great local produce. The North Nofolk coast was a delight , beaches endless, clean and dog friendly and lots of little towns to explore, we especially enjoyed Wells, and Holkham.Good weather and efficient service from Norfolk Hideaways made this a memorable holiday.”

“We thought this place was fabulous, even better than the photos. It is furnished to a very high standard (looked brand new) and the kitchen particularly was really well equipped for a holiday cottage. All in all it was a bit like staying in a boutique hotel. Would definitely reccommend it especially when you consider the lovely farm shop in the next door village and the beaches a short drive away through pretty countryside. If there is a downside it is that this is one of a series of outbuildings that have been done up so it is end of terrace which may bother those who like privacy. (Next door was empty when we stayed so it wasn't a problem).”
