“Well...what can I say a superb family Cottage that made our holiday extremely enjoyalble. The cottage is very tastefully decorated and furnished with good quality beds and comfortable settees, abviously alot of thought has been taken. The area is great amazing beaches close by,local shop open all hours,fish &chip shop, and our children loved the Dinosaur Park. We will definately return to Langtry Cottage!! ”

1 Langtry Cottage is a newly renovated traditional Norfolk cottage situated in the village of Docking.  The property has a lovely cool restful feel to it and the owner has decorated it in a very tasteful and stylish way.  This is an ideal family base for exploring along the North Norfolk Coast.  There are beds for 8 people at the property, with two sets of bunks in the large third bedroom, however the cosy sitting room and dining area seating six would not lend themselves to a party of 8 adults staying together.  Children however could be accommodated easily in the top bunks and a group of adults and children would be able to make more flexible use of the downstairs accommodation too.

Ground floor: 

Kitchen / Dining Room:  Pretty kitchen and open plan kitchen dining area.  With travertine marble tiled floor.  Well equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine / tumble dryer, double oven, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. iPod docking station. Painted dining room table, church pew and chairs.  Comfortable sofa.  French doors to the courtyard style enclosed garden.  Lovely sunny room.

Sitting Room:  With large comfy armchair,  stripy poof and sofa, large flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD. WiFi hub, occasional table, lamp & telephone for incoming calls only.  French doors to courtyard garden area.

Bathroom:  Travertine marble tiled contemporary room with bath and electric shower over. WC and basin.  

First Floor:

Pretty landing area, with full length mirror.

Bedroom 1:  Double bed with bedside table and lamp.  It should be noted that this bed can only be accessed from one side.

Bedroom 2:  King size bed with bedside table & lamp, wardrobe. Views to the side of the property.

Bedroom 3: Large airy bedroom with two sets of Bunk beds, full sized. Portable TV with video, chest of drawers & wicker hamper. Lovely views to rear.
