Beachcomber is a superb contemporary house a two minute walk from the beach in Old Hunstanton. Newly built, the house is of a very high specification and very comfortably furnished. The downstairs living space is all open plan with fold back doors to the deck area. The house is light and airy with a real ‘beachside’ feeling and decorated with restful colours. The beds are all zip together so can be twins (note 2'6 when singles) or king sized. All the bedrooms are themed and co ordinated to give a different feel, right down to the magazines! Sea views can be had from the first floor. Sleeping 8 with 3 bathrooms upstairs and a shower room downstairs this is a wonderful family holiday home!
Ground floor:
Open Plan: Natural wood flooring throughout.
Kitchen/Dining Area: Very well equipped and spacious. Natural wood worktops. Built in double oven, gas hob with extractor over, microwave, dishwasher. Lovely dining area overlooking the deck and garden. Bi fold doors to deck. Table and chairs for 8.
Sitting Room area: Fabulous ‘Firebelly’ multiburner which heats the whole space when lit. Very cosy! Comfortable leather sofas. 50 inch flat screen TV with Sky and DVD. ipod dock. Shutters to windows. Plenty of space for 8.
Cloakroom: WC and Basin.
Utility area: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Downstairs shower room: with basin and separate shower cubicle. Perfect for coming off the beach.
Stairs to first floor:
Bedroom 1: The Britain Room Zip together bed.(can be King sized or twin) Shutters to window, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.
Ensuite: shower room with WC and basin.
Bedroom 2: The Floral Room. Zip together bed with pretty floral theme. (can be twin or King sized) Wardobe, bedside table and lamps, sea views.
Family Bathroom: Contemporary style with bath, with shower. WC and basin.
Master bedroom: The Calm Room Beautiful romantic room with full length windows with wonderful views to the sea. Shutters to windows. Zip together bed.(can be twin or King sized) Restful decoration.

Outside: There is ample parking for two or three cars to the front of the property. To the rear is a lovely sun trap deck accessed from the dining area and a fully enclosed lawned garden. A wooden Gazebo allows for wonderful al fresco eating.

Local Area
Old Hunstanton is a rarity along the North Norfolk coast in that you can get very close to the beach without walking a long way over the salt marshes! Miles of sand, gentle sand dunes and beach huts make this a perfect family seaside holiday destination. For the more active Old Hunstanton has become a mecca for Kite Surfing. Hunstanton Golf Course, a challenging links course is voted amongst the top 100 courses in Britain. There are great places to eat, all within walking distance of our holiday cottages, including The Neptune a Michelin Star restaurant, The Lodge Hotel and a lovely traditional beach cafe serving a good fry up! The lifeboat station is a good place to visit and maybe see in action. The hovercraft being launched is a sight wellworth seeing!
