Sea Views 

Quayside is an apartment enjoying unrivalled views over the Quayside at Wells and the Harbour beyond from all its windows.  The apartment is comfortably furnished and being located right in the heart of Wells is perfectly situated for all the local amenities including the fabulous fish & chips and great pubs on The Buttlands.  You can just nip downstairs to grab a coffee and something yummy from Wells Deli before heading out to get more involved with the view or do some crabbing on the Quay.  The apartment is on two floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor; there is a double bedroom and twin room with twin 2ft 6in beds.

Entrance Hall and stairs up to

First Floor:

Open Plan Living Area: Good sized L-Shaped room comprising sitting room area with comfy two seater sofa (this is a comfortable sofa bed with linen supplied on request), three armchairs, wall mounted LCD TV with Freesat, Mini HiFi, occasional tables and bookcase. 

The Ktchen / Dining area has a table and four chairs, fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven beneath, under counter fridge, microwave, kettle, sink & drainer.

This whole room benefits from three windows on two sides all looking out over the Quay and Harbour.

Utility Room: There is a separate utility room on the first floor with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

Family Bathroom: An internal room comprising bath with electric shower over, sink & WC.

Cloakroom WC: Small room with second WC and sink

There are two staircases leading up either side of the flat to the two bedrooms above.

Second Floor:

Double Bedroom: Double bed, two chairs with lamps, built in wardrobe & cupboard space, sloping roof and dormer window with views over harbour.

Twin Bedroom: The twin beds both 2ft 6in (narrower than a standard single) are ideally suited to children although adults can sleep in them if they wish; there is a chest of drawers and dormer window with views over the harbour.

Bed linen provided for all beds & the sofa bed but no towels.

Central Heating

There is no cot or high chair provided but these can be hired from Norfolk Hideaways at a cost of £10 per item.

Outside:

There is no parking space avaialble with the proerty. There is an arrangement for Quayside guests to park in The Ark Royal Pub car park at a cost of £12.50 per week (this is subject to availability on arrival) otherwise parking would be on the Quay or in the main Pay & Display car park or further into the village where free parking is available.  The apartment does not have any outside space.
