Ten Meadow Rise is a real hideaway for grown-ups; a little bit of contemporary luxury in rural North
Norfolk.  It is spacious for two people, with a lovely open plan living space downstairs comprising large kitchen with dining table, sitting room with leather sofas and a fab wood burning stove.  There are two sets of French doors out onto the fully enclosed, decked courtyard garden.  The wet room is hidden behind sliding doors and the mezzanine bedroom floor has a balcony over the sitting room with a view out to the garden through the ceiling height windows off the living area.  Tucked away 2 minutes walk behind the popular local pub The Ostrich which has a good menu and newly opened tea room, Ten is also close to the village green with a tennis court and childrens play area.  South Creake is a popular village just 2.5 miles from Burnham Market and within 10 minutes drive of the most popular beaches at Wells-Next-The-Sea, Brancaster & Holkham.

Ground Floor:

black slate floor throughout with under floor heating.

Entrance Hall: Different coloured sliding doors hide a large cupboard with hanging space and shelving, a cupboard housing the washing machine and vacuum cleaning etc and a behind the green door the clever
hidden Wet Room: floor to ceiling marble with a ceiling mounted rainfall shower rose, wash hand basin & WC.

Kitchen / Diner: Super contemporary galley style kitchen with deep storage drawers running on both sides and lovely American walnut work surfaces, a large island facing the sitting area wtih the sink & drainer, there is a six ring induction hob with integrated combination microwave/oven below, integral dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge.  There is a dining table and four chairs by the window to the front of the property and French doors out to the patio.

Sitting Room: Lovely room with a full height ceiling at the atrium of the window over the garden.  There are two two-seater leather sofas, large flat screen TV & DVD player, music system and a large black comfy
chair.  There are two funky standard lamps and a great circular wood burner for when the weather is less forgiving and the large French doors to the decked garden are closed.

First Floor:

There is a open tread steel staircase to the mezzanine floor with an open hand rail at the top.

Bedroom: A spacious room with a multi pitched ceiling, the king size bed has wall mounted lamps on either side and the seating area has hidden storage underneath. There is a long cushioned seat along the balcony overlooking the sitting room and a wicker chair.

Outside: To the front of the property is a shingled drive with parking for two cars and to the rear is a charming enclosed decked courtyard garden with a table & four chairs.
