Accommodation 

Jasmine Cottage is a beautifully presented contemporary style cottage in a village location, just 3 miles from Burnham Market.  The property is well equipped and very comfortable.  Limestone flooring with under floor heating, an open fire and stylish kitchen.  The cottage is spacious with a good sized room on the first floor for children to play in. There are two bedrooms, the twin one being very exciting up in the eaves.  This is accessed by a ladder and there is restricted headroom but older children and teens will love it!  The house is opposite the tennis courts and playing fields and within 2 minutes walk of the local pub The Ostrich.

Ground floor: 

Kitchen:  Stylish  light kitchen with French doors to patio and garden area.  Well equipped.  Electric oven with hob.  Fridge with icebox,  microwave, washer/dryer. Limestone flooring with underfloor heating.  This is a perfect room for summer eating or entertaining.  Dining table and chairs.

Cloakroom and Shower room:  Shower room with enclosed shower cubicle, large rainfall style chrome shower head and separate hand held shower. Basin and WC.  Limestone tiled floor.

Sitting Room:  Large and spacious room with two comfortable sofas, TV with Freeview, DVD player open fire (Coal/logs not provided) Limestone flooring with under floor heating.  Beautifully presented and decorated with original artwork and restful colours.  Pretty dresser with crockery and lanterns.  Dining table and chairs. Door to front of house (please note this goes directly to the road so care should be taken.)

Snug: Spacious room with sofabed (could be used if children not comfortable using the mezzanine level.) TV with DVD player, a lovely space for children to play away from the main sitting room, stripped floorboards.

Bedroom One:  Overlooking tennis courts and playing fields, King sized bed, bedside table and lamp. Small fitted cupboard with original pine doors.

Bedroom Two: On mezzanine level, accessed by a ladder, set in the eaves with some restricted headroom. Only suitable for older children.

Bathroom:  Jack and Jill style with access from master bedroom and snug.  Contemporary in style with bath and hand held chrome shower. WC and basin.

Outside:  There is parking in the driveway for one car and roadside parking outside opposite.  The garden to the rear is a pretty cottage style garden with lavender, herbs and box hedges. Enclosed with willow fencing.  Patio area with garden furniture, small lawned area.  The front of the property does open onto the road but the rear is fully enclosed.

Beach Hut: The beach hut is located on the dog friendly section of Wells-Next-The-Sea beach and has a table and chairs for dining on the balcony, two deck chairs, wind breaks, lots of toys and games.  There is a small gas burner for boiling water, a kettle, mugs etc.  The beach hut can be reserved alongside the cottage at time of booking.
