Bramley is an iconic single storey property designed by the architect Robin Spence and built in 1971 using a steel portal frame with anodized bronzed aluminum double glazed glass elevations to the front and rear. The house is light and airy, with a wonderful sense of space. The new owners have lovingly restored the house to its former glory and furnished it with a mix of vintage midcentury furniture, original artwork and good contemporary fittings. If you are looking for somewhere a little different, look no further! Bramley is only a 5 minute walk to Old Hunstanton’s sandy beach.

Old Hunstanton is a rarity along the North Norfolk coast in that you can get very close to the beach without walking a long way over the salt marshes! Miles of sand, gentle sand dunes and beach huts make this a perfect family seaside holiday destination. For the more active Old Hunstanton has become a mecca for Kite Surfing. Hunstanton Golf Course, a challenging links course is voted amongst the top 100 courses in Britain. There are great places to eat, all within walking distance of our holiday cottages, including The Neptune a Michelin Star restaurant, The Lodge Hotel and a lovely traditional beach cafe serving a good fry up! The lifeboat station is a good place to visit and maybe see in action. The hovercraft being launched is a sight wellworth seeing!
