Bunk Room:  Handy triple room, bunk beds with full size double bed below and single above.  Ideal for large family groups. 

Master Bedroom: King Size bed with venetian glass bedroom furniture, including bedside tables & lamps, dressing table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.  There are two arm chairs and dual aspect windows.

Master En Suite: Generously sized en suite shower room with very large walk in shower unit, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.  Window to side of property.

Outside: There is a small patio area and gravelled drive to the front of the property, providing for parking for 2 – 3 cars.  The wrap around deck has fantastic views across the meadow to the pinewood and from the side across towards Holkham.  There is garden furniture & BBQ on the decking in front of the tri-fold doors leading from the kitchen / diner.
