The Old Barn is a recently converted brick & carstone property situated in the heart of this popular coastal village. Situated within the grounds of The Grove Guest House, The Old Barn provides excellent standard accommodation with a pretty garden offering a perfect peaceful hideaway.

Please note there is an external door between this bedroom and the main part of the cottage, so this room is not really suitable for small children.

Open Plan Sitting Room / Kitchen / Diner: The spacious open plan living space comprises, 3-4 seater sofa & 2 comfy chairs. TV. Dining table + 6 chairs. Well equipped kitchen area comprising; electric oven + hob, fridge & microwave oven.
Bedroom 2. Twin beds (can be made up as double) bedside table & lamp, full length mirror. Window overlooking garden.
Shower Room: Modern fitted shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Bed linen is provided. Towels can be provided at £1 per towel.
Gas Central Heating
Outside: The Old Barn has a lovely secluded garden with table, chairs & loungers. There is a washing machine & tumble dryer for guests use in the garage. Off road parking.

Local Area
Heacham is a great location for families with two unspoilt beaches, a range of shops and many places to eat, including a fish and chip shop and several pubs. Some of the nearby local attractions include, Norfolk Lavender, Snettisham Park Farm, RSPB Nature Reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell, Sandringham House. Heacham Manor is now open with a newly designed championship 18 hole golf course with reasonable green fees. The North Norfolk coast is 5 minutes drive away through Old Hunstanton.
