Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with electric oven + hob, washing machine & fridge with small freezer compartment. Fitted units + open shelving. Rear door giving access to garden.
Master Bedroom: A charming room with a super king size bed, views to the front of the property. Wardrobe, dressing table & bedside drawers & lamp.
Bedroom 2: A pretty room with dual aspect windows. Single bed + trundle. Bedside table with lamp.
Family Bathroom: Family bathroom with bath, shower, WC & wash hand basin.
Bed linen is provided. Towels are not provided.Storage heating.Travel Cot & High Chair are available at the property.
Outside: There is off-road parking for two cars on the side gravelled driveway. To the rear of the property are the extensive lawned gardens & playhouse. The gardens are enclosed by hedges but not secure for dogs who like to explore.

For anyone in need of retail therapy after a long day on the beach, Burnham Market is the place.
Chic, bustling and stylish there is something for everyone. Home to the the famous Hoste Arms Hotel where you can celebrity spot, and numerous independant shops selling everything from designer clothes to local sausages! Pentney House is one of the largest hat shops in the country and is worth a look. There are several art galleries and a wonderful second hand bookshop where you can lose yourself for hours. The village is situated just a couple of miles from the North Norfolk coast
