“We had a lovely week at Holly Barn. The accommodation was great and we had three good days at the beach. Jacob particularly liked making sand castles at Holkham and Wells beaches. Lots to see and do, good sites and amenities are close by. Thanks”

“This is my third stay at Holly Barn and it gets better. Good to see some small changes with new pictures and mirrors etc. Wonderful weather, only a little rain on the last day.”
M Thompson from Cambridgeshire, July 2011
“Holly Barn is a lovely comfortable place to stay. Very clean and nicely decorated, and equipped with the essentials. Close to 2 pubs a small Tesco's, a papershop and Post Office. Has a nice small enclosed courtyard garden with some very comfortable garden chairs in the shed as well as a bench seat and table. The only down side at the moment is the building work next door but one. Note from Norfolk Hideaways - The building work to the nearby property was completed in the Summer 2011. ”
Christine Pollock from Nottingham, July 2011
“Staying at Holly Barn has been great, we had a wonderful week, lots to do and see. We had great days out and have seen some of Britain's great stately homes along with little villages along the coast. We would recommend Holly Barn to anyone, we will never forget the week we had. ”

“This cottage was lovely, clean and modern yet cosy and with everything we needed for a self-catering holiday - including a microwave suggested by a previous guest. It was great to be in walking distance of the beach. We have already recommended it to friends and family.”
Susannah Estella from Nottingham, May 2011
“Holly Barn is a lovely little cottage centrally situated just off the main street. It is very well equipped with all the essentials required. The decor was lovely and the cottage overall was extremely clean and comfortable. A small enclosed courtyard garden topped it off for our little dog. Shops, including Tesco Express, and 2 pubs are within an easy walking distance with the beach a bit further. A warm and sunny long weekend was enjoyed by all.”
Susan Halkett from Northants, April 2011
“Just to say we had a lovely time at Holly Barn; the Cottage was Very clean tidy and comfortable, and well placed for visiting the attractions. We were lucky to have the good weather too. I do think a microwave would be of benefit for this cottage though. But on the Whole a lovely retreat.”
The Griffiths Family, Sheffield from Sheffield, April 2011
“We had a wonderful stay in Holly Barn, Heacham. It was very cosy, clean and comfortable, very tastfully decorated a real home from home. The high ceilings were a bonus too as it kept the rooms cool during that very hot week. We also enjoyed the seating and bench area outside and enjoyed many a breakfast and evening meal out there as well as a few glasses of wine. Heacham is a very pretty village and has everything you need fish and chips, chinese, butchers, tescos etc etc. We will certainly be coming again, what a wonderful place and Norfolk has so much to offer not least a beautiful beautiful coastline.”
J Hall from England, July 2010
“Holly Barn was a very comfortable place to stay. We had a short break there and it provided everything we needed. The milk and cake in the fridge was a nice touch - many thanks”
