The cottage is beautifully presented offering a cosy lounge with log burning stove on the first floor & enjoying fabulous views. Local attractions include; Sailing, bird watching, golfing, walking and beautiful wide sandy beaches.

Second Floor
Stunning open plan living space with outstanding views over the harbour. Vaulted ceilings, log burning stove, comfy sofa & chairs. TV & DVD player.
Kitchen/ Dining Area: Modern, well equipped kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob. Dining table and chairs to seat 10. Stunning views over the harbour.
Utility Room: This is located outside & is available for use by guests residing in Flagstaff properties. Facilities include; washing machine, tumble dryer & airing cupboard.
There is a telephone at the property which has a credit card payment facility.
An interconnecting door can give access from The Cottage to the Boathouse for larger parties. This is located on the first floor and connects the two lounge areas.
Bed linen and Towels are provided.

Outside: There is off-road parking for two cars inside the gate at the front of the property. There are lovely gardens with fruit trees & plenty of seating for all Flagstaff guests to enjoy. The harbour is less than a minutes walk away. The Hero public house is just a few minutes walk away serving good food daily.

Local Area
Burnham Overy Staithe is home to Overy Staithe Sailing Club. There is a comprehensive chandlery on the quayside. The creek is spectacular in all weathers and the walk along the sea bank to the beach is very special. Overy beach is deserted and wildlife is abundant. Miles of sand backed by high sand dunes make it a desolate but incredible place. In season terns nest here on the beach and are protected by the Norfolk Wildlife Trust. The Hero pub and restaurant is a couple of minutes walk from the quayside and provides hearty and wholesome food. The Norfolk Coast path runs through Overy Staithe. The black windmill is a true North Norfolk landmark and dominates the skyline for miles. This is owned by the National Trust.
