Wellingham is a quiet little village tucked away in mid-Norfolk.  It's really not much more than a hamlet, in the 2001 census it is shown as covering an area of 1.69 square miles with a population of 55 in 27 households.  If it's peace and quiet you want this is the place to be.  It's only 20 minutes drive to Wells-Next-The-Sea or Burnham Market and just 8 minutes into the market town of Fakenham which has three supemarkets, banks, a host of local traders and a very popular farmers market once a month and a weekly market on Thursdays.  Wellingham is perfectly situated for exploring the whole of Norfolk including all the historic houses like Houghton, Sandringham, Blickling & Holkham.
