Property details

Sea View Barn is a unique property with 5 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 10 adults in a beautiful location on the coast at Titchwell. Only 2 miles from Brancaster and Thornham, Sea View Barn boats uninterrupted sea views and those huge Norfolk skies from most of the rooms and especially from the upstairs sitting room which has a wood burning stove and a wall of glass leading onto a balcony.

This extremely spacious barn conversion (6000 sq feet) offers five bedrooms all with en suite facilities, a good sized garden to enjoy the view and four separate seating areas within the house in which to relax. One of the most lovely features of the barn is the number of large doors that open out to the both the garden to the rear and the courtyard to the front.
One of the sitting rooms has large doors on both sides to completely open the house to the sunshine.
The garden is sheltered and completely private and offers fabulous views over the field behind and out to the sea. There is a formal dining room with seating for ten and a smaller dining table in the kitchen. With parking for numerous cars, an outdoor run for pets and just a short 15 minute stroll down a quiet path to the beach where you may see seals frolicking in the lagoon, Sea View Barn is undoubtedly a very special place from which to enjoy a holiday on this fabulous stretch of the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
You also have the choice of two restaurants on the doorstep; Titchwell Manor which has been awarded a third AA rosette for its restaurant (which also offers informal dining in their Eating Rooms) and Briarfields Hotel with a lovely decked area overlooking the marsh, bird reserve and a children's play area. You are minutes away from the famous RSPB bird reserve and may well see many of its residents
when sitting in the barn's garden.
The fabulous Thornham deli/store is a 25 minute walk away or just a 5 minute drive by car. Here you can buy newspapers, some of the best local produce in the area or simply pop in for breakfast, lunch or coffee and a slice of cake!

A great house to celebrate my 50th Birthday with family & friends, it had everything we needed and more. If you turn on the main road and walk to the end of the field there is a walk down to the beach through the marsh. Once on the ebach we walked to the left and came across and inlet where a seal was basking in the sun.

It was a surprise for me to return to Sea View Barn as we were here last year and loved it. fabulous week spent with family and friends. the Barn is perfect and has everything you need to relax and enjoy. Loved that if we wanted time out there was always somewhere to go. Loved exploring the area with day trips and the weather has been quite good. Amazing 40th birthday celebration not to be forgotten. Christmas at Sea View Barn. We spent a wonderful Christmas and celebrated Anne's 50th Birthday here in Titchwell. What a wonderful house - so much space and very relaxing. We had a great dinner at The Orange Tree in Thornham and enjoyed a 'brisk' walk on Holkham beach on Boxing Day. This is our first Christmas away from home and we have thoroughly enjoyed it! In the words of Arnie - We will be back!

Despite 11 degree temperatures and 40mph hours winds for most of our Norfolk stay we had a fantastic time because of where we were staying. Sea View Barn is huge, homely, immaculate and just a lovely place to spend time. Ten of us stayed there for May Half term, ages ranging from 5 to 77. We all had space to do whatever we wanted and with the weather being as awful as it was this was very welcome. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Thank-you for providing such a marvellous venue for my family to bring me to celebrate my 90th birthday recently. I saw the barn being converted on several occasions some years ago , little realising then what a luxurious holiday home it would become, and that I should ever stay in it ! My congratulations to you for achieving such a magical "home" thank-you

We visited Norfolk with 4 other friends, who we met in Prague for a brilliant weekend. The Barn was amazing, so big and so bold and the burners definatley kept out the cold. We ate lots of food and drunk plenty of wine, and the sea lion visit was such a good find. So thanks for the stay of which we will definatley recommend and even come back with the same brilliant friends!
